Ultra capacitors are a terran technology that is self replicating, and that reduce the reload time of weapons and systems.

The ultra capacitors are a bit more of a rare resource on this world, even though most of the equipment brought here for the mining operations had such systems implanted on them, due to the zerg attacks a significant portion of the equipment with such systems were destroyed, making them a rare resource, though very handy when found.
